A blank bonus screen or a “no active bonus” note is the most common sign that the welcome offer or free spins were not applied to your Total Casino account. The usual cause is a missed opt-in or a requirement that the bonus and the deposit are made in the right order.

Welcome bonus or free spins missing from the account

You finished registration and made a deposit, but the bonus balance stays at zero. Until you activate the offer, the system treats your account as a plain cash account.

  • The bonus was never selected on the deposit screen before the payment was sent.
  • Free spins need a separate activation in the bonus area.
  • A part of the offer is tied to a promo code that was left out.
  • The deposit method used does not qualify for that particular offer.
  • You claimed another welcome offer earlier on the same account.
  1. Open the bonus area and look for a section called active or available offers. A bonus that is waiting to be claimed shows there with a button beside it.
  2. If nothing is listed, return to the deposit form and enter the promo code in the field provided before you confirm the payment. The code is often the only link between your payment and the offer.
  3. For free spins, use the activation button on the free spins tile. Spins that are not activated stay on the shelf and never reach your balance.
  4. Make sure the bonus was selected for the same deposit you funded. A deposit sent without the bonus ticked cannot be linked to the offer afterwards.
  5. Log out and back in, then reload the bonus screen. This refreshes the status shown in your Total Casino account.

Contact support when the bonus is listed as active but the balance stays empty after a fresh login, or when a code you entered correctly was not accepted.

Deposit taken by the bank but not shown on the balance

The money left your bank account, yet the cashier still shows the old balance. In most cases the payment is sitting with an intermediary and has not reached Total Casino yet.

  • Your bank marked the payment as pending rather than completed.
  • A deposit method that needs manual review is still in the queue.
  • The cashier page was closed before the confirmation step finished.
  • The deposit was sent to an old payment reference after the page was refreshed.
  • A browser extension or a network drop interrupted the return to the cashier.
  1. Check the transaction history inside the cashier first. A deposit that exists there with a pending status is already known to the system.
  2. Compare the amount and the reference in your bank statement with the transaction in the cashier. A mismatch in the reference keeps the payment from being matched to your player account.
  3. Refresh the cashier and log in again. The balance updates from the server on each fresh login, not from the page you left open.
  4. If you used a card, allow the bank to move the payment from pending to completed before you try anything else. Repeated attempts during this stage can create duplicate deposits.
  5. When two or more days pass without a change, send the support team a copy of the bank statement line and the cashier transaction ID. For help finding the right contact route, start from online casino and open the support page from the logged-in area.

Deposit or withdrawal blocked by account limits

A message states that the amount is outside the allowed range or that the limit for your account has been reached. The player account has its own caps for deposits and withdrawals, and they are separate from the bank’s limits.

  • The amount entered is above the cap set for your account level.
  • The withdrawal amount is above the remaining balance available for payout.
  • Player protection limits, such as a deposit cap or a loss limit, are active.
  • Bonus funds are included in the amount and cannot be withdrawn.
  • The chosen payment route has a lower limit than the requested amount.
  1. Open the limits section of your player profile and read the current caps. The form will show the maximum you can move with each request.
  2. Reduce the amount to the highest figure the form accepts. A smaller deposit or withdrawal goes through without any further change.
  3. If you set a protection limit earlier, note whether it is a daily, weekly or monthly cap. The new amount can only be sent after that period closes.
  4. For withdrawals, subtract any bonus funds from the balance shown. Only the cash portion is paid out, so the request must fit within it.
  5. Split the transfer across several requests if the total is above a single-request cap. Each request must stay within the allowed range.
  6. Log out and in again before retrying. A stale session can show an old limit even after a period has rolled over.

Contact support when the form rejects an amount well below the cap shown in your profile, or when a protection limit does not reset after its period ends.

Claim the bonus and enter the code on the same deposit form before you confirm, and the most common missing-bonus and unmatched-deposit cases never start.
